Along with the announcement of the first phones that are under the C-series, which are the C6 and the C3, Nokia has as well announced the E5 at their recent event. Just like the announced C-series handsets, the E5 is also a messaging device that’s complete with a QWERTY keyboard.
Well, based on its name though and particularly with its letter designation, it should already suggest that this is indeed a messaging-oriented device. This runs on the latest S60 3rd Edition and its other features include 2.4-inch screen with one touch access to contacts and social networks, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, and microSD card slot that can support up to 16GB of memory.
The Nokia E5 is actually a cheap business phone as it is expected to retail for €180 or around $245 when it is released on the third quarter of the year.
