What seems to be a trimmed down Nokia N97, which has been leaked last March, has now been officially announced, and it will indeed be called as the Nokia C6. This is actually one of the three devices that have been presented at the Nokia press event held recently, and all those three have QWERTY keyboard.
The Nokia C6 is said to be the most expensive, and based on design, it also seems to be the most high-ender. It looks a lot like the N97 since it also has touchscreen display and a 4-row sliding QWERTY keyboard. The display is 3.2-inch with 640 x 360 pixels, and this Symbian S60 5th Edition Nokia C6 also has 5-megapixel camera with flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with OviMaps, 3.5mm headset jack, and a microSD card slot.
It is believed that the Nokia C6 will come out in the second quarter of 2010 and it will retail for 220 Euro or about $300.
