Acer has put out a lot of cool gaming laptops like the G5900 Predator, and there is Acer Aspire 5745DG laptop that can do 3D.
Acer has come up with more laptops like the AS5742G, AS5745, AS7745. Here’s what my source has to say about them:
This is a trio of multimedia laptops. The AS5742G uses Nvidia’s Optimus graphics-switching technology, while the AS5745 presumably does not. Both have 15.6-inch displays and use Intel’s Core i3, i5, and i7 CPUs. The larger AS7745 has a 17.3-inch display (but at only 1,600×900), and uses ATI’s Radeon 5650 as its GPU. Price and availability for this trio aren’t clear yet.
Then there is the Aspire AS8943G, which has an 18.4-inch laptop with full 1920 x 1,080, quad-core Intel Core i7 CPU, ATI high-end Radeon 5850 GPU, and sells for $1.499. One more laptop is the Acer Aspire 1830T which has a CPU with ULV version of Intel’s Core i7 and 11-inch screen. It will be on sale for $899, and Core i3 and i5 versions are $599.
