I don’t know if you recognize this, but it is a Nokia 2330. Some user decided that he or she liked the steampunk aesthetic, and therefore dressed it up with a lot of lots of unnecessary wires and whatnot. The end product looks like something that would be quite uncomfortable to press against your ear.
You got to like the buttons. They look wooden and written with a thin Sharpie Pen. My Source has even more pictures if you like.
